THE OFFICE OF THE CHIEF OVERSEER

Special Appointments and Recognization

As we continue to grow in grace and in the work of the Kingdom, it is both a privilege and a responsibility to recognize those who have faithfully served this church and the Body of Christ with steadfast dedication. After prayerful reflection and consideration, it has become clear to me that there are individuals among us whose commitment to the ministry has not only advanced the mission of our church but has laid a foundation for generations to come.

With great honor and deep respect, I have seen fit to bestow upon these beloved servants the distinguished title of Emeritus. This designation allows them to maintain their rank and office within the Church while stepping into a well-deserved season of rest from active service. It is a mark of esteem for those who have labored faithfully, often behind the scenes, contributing their time, wisdom, and resources to the work of the Lord.

To these honored leaders, we express our deepest gratitude for your tireless efforts, your unwavering faith, and your devotion to God's purpose. Your legacy within this house is secure, and your example will continue to inspire us all as we move forward in our calling.

Let us celebrate these individuals for their years of service and pray that God will continue to bless them with peace, joy, and strength in this next chapter of their journey.

Yours In Christ,

The primary role of the Emeritus-Bishop and or officer is to be a source of mentorship and advice to fellow episcopates/prelates, pastors, deacons, missionaries, and the church generally.
